Why clients continue to work with us

“Brevity Marketing has helped Fullers Logistics to capitalise on an era of major opportunity for our fulfilment business. We’ve reaped the benefits of working with a whole marketing team, having previously worked with freelancers.

“Flexible and responsive, Brevity has enabled us to reach an ever-evolving target audience with a stream of topical blog content. With their abundance of fresh ideas, they’re proactively cultivating social media engagement and PR, and collaborating fluently with our existing web team to enhance our website.

“It’s not every day that you score a supplier 11/10 but after just a few months of working with Brevity we have been able to do just that.”

Tony Dempsey – Divisional Marketing Manager, Fullers Logistics

“I first met Kaia when she was working for the marketing company we were using.  When she set up Brevity I had no hesitation in accepting her proposal to provide services to us.   Brevity worked with us for 10 years, providing an excellent service.   Kaia introduced us to Google Ads, managing the keywords and associated links to our website  –  generating a steady source of leads which Kaia then followed up by phone, setting up calls/visits for me.  The result was a consistent flow of new business which would not have happened without her and her colleagues’ skills and expertise.”

Richard Twallin, Director, Pondergrove (Acquired by URM 2021)

“Kaia is undoubtedly honest and transparent.  Brevity wasn’t the cheapest quote I received for my website design, but Kaia spent time listening to my needs and worked out the best route to market for my ecommerce site.”

Erika Conti – Founder and Owner, Solo Mia

“We are now position 1 and first page on Google for many search terms relevant to our recruitment business – the results have been amazing! Brevity are a joy to work with enabling us to write copy in our own way, then they sprinkle their magic to attract views to our blog and website.”

Maxine Hart – Director, Wote Street People

“Brevity manages our social media channels ensuring we reach and engage with customers on these platforms. We also achieve great coverage in key media publications for our brand and products off the back of PR promotion. This combined activity is raising awareness of our brand and, crucially, helps bring in more sales queries.”

Tim Northwood – General Manager, Inner Range

“Kaia and her team have recently created and completed a brand new website for us, and we couldn’t be happier with it! The brevity team listened to and took on board our numerous aims and came up with ideas to implement our needs based on current online trends and uses – what works and what doesn’t, along with a good dose of visual creativity. Kaia and her colleagues are highly responsive, really listen, and make suggestions that transform a vague idea into a working reality. We highly recommend Brevity.”

Elaine and Hattie, Reading Force Team

Using that insight to create marketing strategy, the team always goes the extra mile to help my business grow and flourish.
